The Document style panel, on the right of the workshop, holds the settings that apply to the whole page. Individual blocks can override the text colour and font size in their own settings.
| Setting | What it does |

| Font | Font of the whole document. Ten families are always available (Helvetica, Times, Courier, DejaVu Sans, DejaVu Sans Condensed, DejaVu Serif, DejaVu Serif Condensed, DejaVu Mono, Free Sans, Free Serif), plus your own fonts. |
| Base size | Text size in points (6 to 14) used by every block that has no size of its own. |
| Text colour | Default colour of all text blocks, line table rows included. The payment QR code stays black unless its block has its own text colour. Up to version 24.4.0, line table rows also stayed black. |
| Accent colour | Colour of the grand total (total including tax) in the Totals block. |
| Rule colour | Colour of the table lines, and of rules that have no border colour of their own. A frame without a border colour has no border. |
| Header background | Background of the line table’s header row, unless the Line table block has its own background. The header text switches between the document text colour and white so it stays readable, unless the Line table block has its own text colour. |
| Alternating rows | Fills every other row of the line table with the header background colour. Choose a light header background with this option. |
| Number the pages | Prints Page 1 / 2 at the right end of the footer line, in the footer’s colour. |
| Orientation | Portrait or landscape. |
| Watermark | Text printed diagonally across every page, such as COPY. Leave it empty to use the watermark for draft invoices set in the Invoices module setup, which then prints on draft documents only. It applies to all document types: the draft watermarks set in the Proposals, Sales Orders or Interventions setup are not used. |
Fonts for other alphabets
Section titled “Fonts for other alphabets”Helvetica, Times and Courier cover Western European languages, including German umlauts and ß. For Central European, Greek or Cyrillic text, choose a DejaVu or Free font, which cover many more characters.
