Empreinte adds a template workshop to Dolibarr. You draw the PDF of a document block by block (logo, addresses, line table, totals, bank details and so on), save it, and Dolibarr uses it like any of its built-in PDF templates.

What you can do with it
Section titled “What you can do with it”- Design templates for five document types: quotations (commercial proposals), sales orders, invoices, shipments and interventions. You can keep as many templates per type as you like.
- Move, resize and set up every block on the page. Positions and sizes are in millimetres.
- See your template on a real document while you work, and open a PDF preview at any time (the preview saves the template first).
- Set the typography of each block: size, bold, italic, line height, letter spacing, uppercase.
- Add backgrounds, borders, rounded corners and transparency.
- Upload your own images, and your own TrueType or OpenType fonts, which are embedded in the PDF.
- Start from one of six ready-made layouts instead of a blank page.
